I thought I was subscribed to this account only to realize that I wasn’t since I missed this studio tour! I LOVE your studio Cynthia and little Rex is ADORABLE!! I need a studio dog!!
My favorite elements from your studio was seeing your vintage portable typewriter bc I have one just like it!!! It’s an old sears kenmore and I love using it for my collage art work 🥰
I love the Japanese wall calendar, love the slim shape of it. Where did you find it? Is it an annual calendar design? I have a space where I can only fit the small 7x7 size but I’d love a longer calendar with ART on it🎨💗👍🏼
LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing your pen collection in your mug collection!! 🤩 It’s making me rethink using mugs for creative supply storage, as I don’t really care for mug gifts but I somehow have a collection and they don’t always get used for tea/coffee so why not use them for my supplies?!? 🤷🏻♀️
I think your studio looks amazing, I don’t really see much clutter but that only bc my own studio space is packed to overflowing with SO MANY SUPPLIES AND GOODS for a variety of different creative mediums. You work in basically 2 mediums and they are small enough that they don’t really take up as much space as my fabric collection does! 🤣🤪 so whoever challenged you about ‘cleaning’ before your video may not realize that some mediums take up less space and are easier to tidy up than other mediums 🤔 I can see your studio is WORKED IN, which many slick Instagrams don’t really show 😕
Thank you for this wonderful peek into your studio space Cynthia, it is SO INSPIRING, it’s giving me ideas for renovating my own studio and insuring me to release old mediums I don’t work in anymore 👍🏼
Oh this is soooooo gorgeous Cynthia! I had friends visit recently and I showed them my writing room and I was kinda ashamed of all the STUFF everywhere but now I shall CELEBRATE and do a little film of my own space for my Substack readers too xx
And...this to-do sat on my list for too long. I knew it would be fun for me and for readers. So I encourage you to do it sooner rather than later. My motto: Don't postpone joy! (NO pressure at all...you will do it your way and in your time.)
Love seeing where you work, Cynthia. Having a place to work standing up is awesome. I can only dream of having space for all of those shelves, but maybe someday! ;-) xx
love, love, loved the studio of your studio! Though I've seen it before, I love the upgrades you've been able to add. And your now and again upgrade of Rex is the best! Of course, I think you knew I'd say that? ;)

Thank you ever so much, Monica, for sharing your experience of my studio tour. I am glad it is inspiring and giving you ideas. That's my hope!
Have fun with your repurposed mugs!
Thank you for sharing. That was a lot of fun to see your creative environment.
I'm so glad, Dana! I love my studio and it was fun to share. Luckily my phone battery was fading so I had to keep it moving!
